  2. Mix with a small amount of cold water — stir thoroughly until completely smooth with no lumps
  3. Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a saucepan
  4. Slowly pour the smooth paste into the boiling water, stirring continuously — or pour boiling water directly onto the paste and stir rapidly
  5. Keep stirring until the Ogi thickens to your preferred consistency — silky smooth, creamy, and golden
  6. Serve hot — sweeten with sugar and add evaporated milk, condensed milk, or fresh milk to taste
