How to Prepare

1. Wash hands thoroughly before preparing your baby’s food
2. Boil fresh water and allow to cool to approximately 50°C — warm, not boiling
3. Add the recommended number of level scoops to the cooled boiled water — follow the feeding guide on the pack for the correct amount for your baby’s age and appetite
4. Stir well until completely smooth and lump-free
5. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding — it should feel warm, not hot
6. Feed immediately and discard any unused portion — do not store prepared cereal
