How to Prepare

1. Wash hands thoroughly before preparing your baby’s food
2. Boil fresh water and allow to cool to approximately 50°C — warm, not boiling
3. Add the recommended number of level scoops of Cerelac to the cooled boiled water in a clean bowl — follow the feeding guide on the pack for the correct amount for your toddler’s age and appetite
4. Stir well until completely smooth and lump-free
5. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding — it should feel warm, not hot
6. Feed immediately and discard any unused portion — do not store prepared cereal

Important Preparation Note: Always use cooled boiled water — never microwave prepared infant food as this creates uneven hot spots that can burn your baby’s mouth.
