1. Open the Trofai Palmnut Concentrate and dilute with water in a pot — start with equal parts concentrate to water and adjust to your preferred thickness
2. Bring to a boil, stirring well to combine
3. Add your choice of protein — chicken, beef, goat, smoked fish, or mixed meats
4. Season with salt, Dawadawa powder, and ground pepper to taste
