Description
Trofai Palmnut Fruit Concentrate – 800g | Freshly Squeezed Palm Nut Concentrate | No Preservatives | For Authentic Palm Nut Soup
The soul of Ghanaian Palm Nut Soup — in a can, ready when you are 🇬🇧
Palm Nut Soup is not just a dish. It is an event. The rich, creamy, deeply flavoured soup that appears at Ghanaian funerals, weddings, naming ceremonies, and Sunday family gatherings — the soup that takes time, knowledge, and the right ingredients to make properly. The kind of soup that announces itself the moment it starts cooking, filling the whole house with that unmistakeable, sweet, earthy, deeply satisfying aroma.
The traditional method starts with fresh palm nuts — boiling, pounding, squeezing, straining. It is a labour of love that takes hours. Trofai Palm Nut Fruit Concentrate is made from freshly squeezed palm nut fruit juice — with no preservatives added — used in the preparation of palm nut fruit soup, a very popular West African soup. All the work of cracking, boiling, and squeezing fresh palm nuts — done for you, preserved at peak freshness, and ready in your kitchen whenever the occasion calls. Rafamall
