1. Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favourite Afro-foods to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account to track your orders easily.

Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation.

Process: Email us at admin@duaba.co.uk immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you must follow our return process.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at admin@duaba.co.uk and we will verify your email address and resend the confirmation.

2. Payments & Billing

We offer a wide variety of secure payment options:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, and Elo.
  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Flexible Payments: Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).

All transactions are processed in British Pound Sterling (£ GBP). For international customers, your bank will handle the currency conversion based on its daily rates.

Absolutely. Our website is SSL-certified and uses industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card details; all payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon to Fri).
  • UK Delivery: 2–5 business days (Mon to Fri).
  • International (EU): 2–11 business days (Mon to Fri).
  • International (Rest of World): 3–17 business days (Mon to Fri).

Shipping is calculated by weight:

  • UK: Starts at £6.15.
  • EU: Starts at £14.99.
  • Global: Starts at £23.99.

Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this link to see exactly where your African groceries are.

4. Products & Quality

Yes! We specialise in authentic African and Caribbean ingredients. Our fresh and frozen items are handled with extreme care to ensure they reach you in peak condition.

Ingredients are listed on each product’s packaging. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before purchasing, and we will provide detailed information from the manufacturer.

Yes, we restock our popular items regularly. You can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when your favourite jollof rice spices or fufu flour is back!

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-calendar-day return window for non-perishable items. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 10 business days (Mon to Fri). The money will go back to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at admin@duaba.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
