How to Cook
- Open the Ghana Taste Palm Fruit Pulp Extract and pour into a large pot
- Add water to reach your preferred consistency — start with equal parts extract to water and adjust to taste
- Bring to a boil, stirring well to combine, and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add your seasoned meat or fish — chicken, goat, beef, smoked fish, or mixed proteins
- Season with onions, fresh pepper, Dawadawa powder, and salt to taste
- Add garden eggs, kontomire leaves, or okra if desired
- Simmer for a further 30–45 minutes until rich, thick, and deeply flavoured
- Serve hot with fufu, banku, omo tuo, or pounded yam
