How to Prepare

1. Mix Leemex Plantain Fufu Flour with cold water in a bowl to form a smooth, lump-free paste — stir well before applying heat
2. Pour the paste into a saucepan of boiling water, stirring continuously
3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the fufu thickens and pulls together into a smooth, elastic dough — approximately 4–5 minutes
4. Knead briefly with a wet spoon until completely smooth and cohesive
5. Scoop onto a wet plate or bowl, shape into a round, and serve hot

Tip: For softer fufu, use slightly more water. For firmer fufu, use slightly less. All water should be added at the beginning for best results.
