Blend Peanut Butter: In a blender, combine the peanut butter with about 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Add the blended peanut butter mixture to the pot with the tomato sauce. Stir to combine and add enough water to reach your desired consistency. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, until the flavors meld together and the sauce thickens.
