2. Product Pricing
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalise your purchase.

4. Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in London, United Kingdom.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, London).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Mon to Fri). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
8. Packaging & Order Protection
We take great care in packaging our Afro-food products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality, durable packaging and, where necessary, protective materials for fragile or perishable items.
9. Address Accuracy & Verification
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
10. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us at admin@duaba.co.uk immediately for cancellations.
11. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.
12. Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to our facility after multiple failed attempts, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
13. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item at admin@duaba.co.uk
14. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation.
15. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation (including GPS or signature where applicable) provided by the carrier will be considered as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery location after they have been confirmed as delivered.
16. VAT, Taxes & Import Fees
- UK Orders: VAT is included in the price.
- International Orders: For orders outside the UK, the recipient is the importer of record and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
17. Customer & Our Responsibilities

- Our Responsibility: Processing orders timely, ensuring safe packaging, and providing valid tracking.
18. Invoices & Documentation
A digital invoice is sent via email with every order. A physical packing slip is included inside the package for customs and identification purposes.
