Prepare the Ingredients: Clean and wash the meat or fish thoroughly. Blend the habanero peppers, one onion, ginger, and garlic to make a paste.

Cook the Meat/Fish: In a large pot, combine the meat or fish with the blended paste, 2 cups of water, bay leaf, seasoning cube, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, covered.

Prepare the Tomatoes: In a separate pot, add 3 cups of water and the remaining tomatoes and onions. Bring to a boil and let it cook for 10 minutes. Strain and blend the mixture with 2 cups of water until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Strain the blended tomato mixture into the pot with the meat or fish. Stir well to combine.
