Instructions
Prepare the Peppers:
Rinse the peppers and remove the stems. Finely chop the peppers, including the seeds.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the chopped peppers, garlic, water, and salt. Blend on high until the mixture is combined but still slightly chunky.
Optional: Add Olive Oil:
If desired, add the olive oil to the mixture and blend again until smooth.
Store the Sauce:
Pour the Pili Pili sauce into a resealable container, such as a glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serve:
