Description

Luwombo is a traditional Ugandan dish where meat, usually chicken, beef, or goat, is slow-cooked in a rich and flavorful stew, then wrapped in banana leaves. This method infuses the stew with a distinct aroma and flavor, making it a favorite for special occasions.

Ingredients
