Liboke, also known as Liboke Ya Malangwa, is a traditional Congolese dish where fish is marinated with spices and wrapped in banana leaves before cooking. This method of cooking infuses the fish with a unique, aromatic flavor and keeps it moist and tender. It's often enjoyed with rice, plantains, or boiled yams.
