Description

Kikalayi is a popular Ugandan dish made from pork, typically marinated and fried with a blend of spices and vegetables. It's a flavorful and hearty dish often enjoyed with boiled cassava, matooke (green bananas), posho (maize meal), or kachumbari (a tomato and onion salsa).

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ⦁ pork, cut into cubes
