Ingredients
4ripe ⦁ tomatoes, chopped
1large ⦁ red onion, thinly sliced
1cucumber, ⦁ chopped (optional)
1green ⦁ 1-2 chilies, finely chopped
1tablespoon ⦁ fresh cilantro, chopped
1of ⦁ Juice lemon or lime
⦁ Salt to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables:
⦁ Chop the tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the cucumber (if using).
Combine Ingredients:
⦁ In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced onions, cucumber, and green chilies.
Add Fresh Herbs and Citrus:
