Ingredients
    For the Fufu:
  • 2 cups fufu flour (cassava or plantain)
  • Water
  • For the Light Soup:
  • 1 lb goat meat or chicken
  • 4 large tomatoes, blended
  • 1 large onion, blended
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece -inch ginger, minced
  • 2 fresh chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 4 cups water
Instructions
    For the Fufu:
  1. Mix the Flour: In a pot, mix the fufu flour with water to form a smooth dough.
  2. Cook the Fufu: Place the pot on medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. The mixture will thicken and become stretchy. Add more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Shape the Fufu: Once cooked, shape the fufu into balls and set aside.

  5. Prepare the Meat: Clean and cut the goat meat or chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a large pot, add the meat, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped chilies. Cook on medium heat until the meat is browned.
