Ingredients
For the Fufu:
2cups fufu flour (cassava or plantain)
Water
For the Light Soup:
1lb goat meat or chicken
4large tomatoes, blended
1large onion, blended
2cloves garlic, minced
1piece -inch ginger, minced
2fresh chilies, chopped
1tablespoon tomato paste
1teaspoon ground black pepper
1teaspoon salt
1bouillon cube
4cups water
Instructions
For the Fufu:
Mix the Flour: In a pot, mix the fufu flour with water to form a smooth dough.
Cook the Fufu: Place the pot on medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. The mixture will thicken and become stretchy. Add more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
